Covid-19 precautions and updates

Given the current health crisis there are a few changes we have had to make. Including the check in process. We will still be on site as much as possible and always at the end of the phone to help with any questions, but we are currently working on a contactless check in process

The safety of our guests and staff is paramount, because of this all staff have been provided with appropriate PPE and each unit is fully fogged before the cleaners enter. Because of the fogging cleaning and turn around processes may take a little longer, Hoseasons have suggested moving check in time back to 5pm and check out time to 9am. We understand that this cuts a lot from your holiday, we are doing our best to stick to 4pm check in time but ask if possible, guests could check out by 9.30am.

Should you begin to experience symptoms of Covid-19 during your stay or find out someone you have been in contact with has developed symptoms it is important you notify us immediately on either 07971 574375 or 07831 810052.

We require a completed Covid declaration form covering all guest in your party, once we have received this we will give you a call to run through taking your security deposit and then we will email you over the code for the key box, that is fixed to the side of the lodge. This will enable you to check into your lodge with out having to see anyone to get the keys. When you check-out we just ask that you put the keys back in the key box and lock it.

Should you require to speak to a member of staff you can call on the above numbers or visit our reception. There will be someone in the office on a Monday and Friday from 9-5.30 and then on a Wednesday from 10-2. We ask that only one member of your party enters reception at a time.

We would ask that all guests continue to adhere to the governments social distancing measures when on or around site.

If at any point during your stay you have any concerns, please do not hesitate in contacting us. But most of all, enjoy your stay!
